From the Rock Valley Bee, March 2, 1906: Hull Happenings:

The sad news reached here that Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Sayer's little four year old girl died of scarlet fever. She was a bright vivacious child and the idol of her parents. Friends express much sympathy for the bereaved ones over the loss of their only little baby girl.
