Gertrude Blankespoor
Gertrude "Gert" Blankespoor of Rock Valley died Wednesday, December 13, at Fellowship Village in lnwood. Memorial services were at 10:30 aim. Saturday at Inwood Christian Reformed Church. Burial was in Valley View Cemetery, Rock Valley.

Survivors are five sons,- Edwin (Mary). Blankespoor of Rock Valley, Dick Blankespoor of Inwood, Henry Lee (Judy) Blankespoor of Inwood, Randall (Shonna) Blankespoor of Rock Valley and Myron (Denise) Blankespoor of Inwood; four daughters, Shirley Kollis of Inwood, Harriet (Gene) Potbka of Chicago, Charlene (Bill) Van Veldhuizen of Rock Valley and Nelvina (Harold)Van Voorst of Rock Valley; a daughter- in-law, Darla (Kevin) Vaandragger of Sheldon; 28 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Hermina (Joe) Hall of St. Louis, Missouri, and Margaret (Art) Van Otterloo) of Hull.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John E. Blankespoor; a son, Curtis Blankespoor; a son-in-law, Cornie Kollis; two grandchildren; and two brothers, Ray and John Kempema. Memorials may be directed to the Inwood Christian School or Fellowship Village.
