Roggman, Anna D. (Miss), 1855-1905

ROGGMAN, TECHEN

Miss Anna Roggman passed on at her home, Tuesday afternoon, Sept. 26, the funeral service taking place at her home the following Thursday afternoon at two o'clock. In her separation from earthly scenes, she leaves to fondly remember her, a devoted father and brother whose untiring kindness in her behalf cannot be expressed. She was an ardent Christian Scientist and was a faithful member of First Church of Christ Scientist of this place. Loving sacrifice was made for her in her struggle with the last enemy as if to partially repay for the many kind acts of her past life. No service to mankind seemed a burden to her and strangers and friends alike were always welcomed to her home and heart. "Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord" Revelation.

Miss Roggman was born in Germany in 1859 and came to America twenty-one years ago, of which period she has been a resident of Sioux county for nearly twenty years.
