Mrs. Herman Beerman, 57, a resident of Ireton all her life, died at her home Sat. evening. Mrs. Beerman suffered a heart attack after having had the flu.

Funeral services were held at 1:30 Tues. at the Satterlee Funeral Home and at 2 o'clock at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Rev. Paul Friedrich officiating. Burial was in St. John's Cemetery east of Ireton.

Mrs. Beerman was born Oct. 18, 1899, the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Fred Bertram. She was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran Church. On March 16, 1926, she was married to Herman Beerman. Four children were born, Lavada, Darlene, and twins Arlo and Arlin.

Survivors include the widower; four children; two sisters, Bertha and Dora Bertram, and one brother, Rudolph Bertram.
