Gage Michael Stevens, four day old son of Jason and Mandie Stevens died Sunday, Dec. 4, 2005 at the St. Luke's Regional Medical Center in Sioux City. Funeral service was Friday December 9, at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Ireton, with Rev. Marcel Kohlmeyer officiating. Burial followed in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery at Ireton. Porter Funeral Home of Ireton assisted the family.

Gage Michael Stevens was born prematurely on November 30, 2005 at St. Luke's Regional Medical Center in Sioux City. He is survived by his parents, Jason and Mandie Stevens of Ireton; two sisters, Haley and Trinity both at home. Grandfather, Tom Stevens of North Sioux City, grandparents Darwin and Lori Rohlk of Battle Creek; great-grandparents, Alwayne and Betty Riessen of Battle Creek and Marian Rohlk of Ida Grove; and many aunts and uncles.

Gage was preceded in death by grandmother, Judy Larsen; a great-grandfather, Wilbur Rohlk and great-grandparents Roy and Evelyn Stevens.
