MRS. JAMES KOPSAS Funeral services were held at the Congregational Church at Doon at 1:30 P.M. Wednesday, August 2, for Mrs. James Kopsas, 65, of Doon, who died at her home July 30 following a brief illness. Services were conducted by the Rev. William Ballard and burial was made in Hillside Cemetery at Doon.

The former Caroline Kastine was born at Carmel January 20, 1907. She married James Kopsas at Sioux City August 29, 1923. He died May 12, 1972.

Survivors include seven sons, George of Covina, Calif., Ralph of Grants Pass, Ore., John of Waynesville, Mo., Basil of Sioux City, Louie and Alex, both of Doon Gus of Spirit Lake; four daughters, Mrs. Jerome (Dena) Anderson of Sioux Falls, Mrs. Curtis (Mary Ann) Berg of Montevideo, Minn., Mrs. Gordon (Elaine) Powell and Mrs. David (Hattie) Baird, both of Canton, S. D.; three sisters, Mrs. Martin Johnson of Litchfield, Minn., Mrs. Paul Morton of Stockton, Calif., and Mrs. Lane Gerritson of Rock Valley; two brothers, Elmer of Tea, S. D. and Ben of Grand Rapids, Mich.; 25 grandchildren arid three great grandchildren.
