Mr. Leendert Kleyne was born in The Netherlands and passed away at the Hull hospital after suffering from a heart attack Tuesday evening, Oct. 18, at the age of 75 years. Mr. Kleyne settled near Boyden nearly fifty years ago and has lived near here since then. Previous to his death he had been making his home with his daughter's family. Mr. and Mrs. Dick De Groot and children, near town here.

Those who survive him are four children, three sons and one daughter as follows: Leendert and Hubert of near Boyden. Cornelius of Minneapolis, MN, and Mrs. Dick De Groot of Boyden; Ten grandchildren; one great grandchild, and two brothers and one sister, who are living in the Netherlands. Funeral service were held Friday afternoon at the Dick De Groot home and the Frist Reformed church of Boyden with Rev. J. W. Brink officiating. Interment was in Sheldon cemetery.
