Mrs. Peter Eulberg, a resident of Alton and Granville communities for most of her life, passed away early Sunday morning. JUly 17th, at Millie's Rest Home in Sutherland, Iowa.

The second eldest of seven daughters of Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Wiltgen, she was born November 16, 1880, at Ossian, Iowa, and baptized Josepha. Her marriage to Peter Eulberg occurred August 12, 1903, at Granville, Iowa, and shortly thereafter the couple established residence at St. Paul Minn. In 1910, they with four children, returned to the Alton vicinity and have lived here since.

Mrs. Eulberg is survived by seven sons and daughters; Mrs. Arthur Braun and Marie of Alton, Sister Mary Auxilia (Christina) O.S.F. Ossian, Iowa, Sister Mary Thomas (Margaret), O.S.F. Monticello, Iowa, Leo A Eulberg, Skokie, Ill., Gerald Eulberg, Wayne, Nebr., and Eulalia M. Eulberg, Los Angeles, Calif.

Two sons preceded her in death, Vincent J. Eulberg of Los Angeles in 1955, and Theodore at the age of three in 1910. Fifteen grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren also survive.

Mrs. Eulberg was a loving mother, untiring in her labors for the good of her family, her church, and her community. She was a member of the St. Mary's Rosary Society and there, too, bore her share of duty. Although in failing health in recent years, she will be missed by her family and her many friends.

Rosaries were said at St. Mary's parish center Monday at three and eight pm. Funeral services were Tuesday morning at 10 o'clock with the Very Rev. Mgsr. Zeno Reising officiating at the Requiem Mass.
