Dora was the daughter of Hendrikus and Lucy (Hymans) Leusink. She was raised east of Hull.

On February 11, 1926, she married Daniel Wesselink at Hull. They first farmed at Perkins, Middleburg, and west of Hull. In 1948, they moved to a farm east of Hull, where they lived until retiring into Hull in 1976. In October of 1995, they both became residents of the Pleasant Acres Care Center in Hull.

Mrs. Wesselink was a member of the First Reformed church, where she participated in Ladies Aid.

Survivors include her husband; two sons and their wives, Delmar and Karen, of Hull; and David and Beverlin, of Marathon; a son-in-law, John Schoep of Pipestone, Minnesota; a daughter-in-law, Marjean Wesselink, of Edgerton, Minnesota; thirteen grandchildren, and thirteen great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Lucille Schoep; a son, Harlen; three sisters and two brothers.

Services were held Friday, Sept. 20 at 10am at First Reformed Church in Hull with the Rev. Verlyn Boone officiating. Interment was at Hope Cemetery in Hull.
