Funeral services were held Monday, Dec. 31, at the First Reformed church in Hull for Mrs. D.J. Wesselink, who died Dec. 27 at her home in Hull.

The former Mary Elizabeth Wandscheer, Mrs. Wesselink was born near Sioux Center, March 1, 1874. She was united in marriage with D.J. Wesselink at her parental home by Rev. James De Pree. The couple had five children, Mary (Mrs. Bert De Weerd of Rock Valley), Johanna (Mrs. Bill Oliver), Henry, Dan and Bernard of Hull, all of whom survive.

She was preceded in death by four brothers and three sisters.

In addition to her children, she is survived by her husband, 17 grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. Also three brothers, Henry, Daniel and Ed Wandscheer and two sisters, Mrs. Gerrit Peelen of Sheldon, and Mrs. John Vain Wyhe of Lester.
