Leonard "L.T." Vanden Bosch, 89, of Rock .Valley died Sunday at Hegg Memorial Hospital in Rock Valley. Services are being held at 1:30p.m. Wednesday in the First Christian Reformed Church in Rock Valley. The Rev. George Haney and the Rev. Tom Vanden Bosch will officiate. Burial wil] be in Valley View Cemetery.

Mr. Vanden Bosch was born Nov. 28, 1895, in Rock Valley. He married Cora Van Beek, Dec. 31, 1916, in Rock Valley. She died Feb. 1, 1919. He married Margaret Lems Dec. 22,. 1921, in Rock Valley. They farmed in the Rock Valley area until 1966 when they retired and moved into town. She died April 12, 1983. He was a member of the First Christian Reformed Church.

Survivors include five sons, Tom of Sioux Falls, S.D., Bert and Art, both of Doon, Mike of Sioux Center, and Floyd of Worthington, Minn.; four daughters, Mrs. George (Tillie) Dorhout of Orange City, Mrs. George (Grace) Haney of Vienna, Va., Mrs. Roger (Esther) Cleveringa of Rock Valley and Mrs. John {Lenora) De Wit of Doon; one brother, Peter of Artesia, Calif.; one sister, Mrs. Henry (Anna) De Jong of Rock Valley; 42 grandchildren and 71 great-grandchildren.
