The stranger who was killed last week at Hawarden by being crushed in a lumber car in the Northwestern yards proved to be E. W. Clinton a young man of Twentyone whose father is a wealthy luberman of Milwaukee.

(The only E-Edward Clinton found to have been born about 1882-1883 in the 1900 census at Milwaukee WI was the son of Steven and Erabel Clinton. The had Frederick 22, Addie 20, Edward 18, Steven 14 and Ethel 7.)
