Leonard Vande Brake passed on at the Sacred Heart hospital in LeMars Sunday night, after an illness of over two years. He was 41 years and 3 day of age.

He is survived by his wife formerly Miss Mary Borgman of Orange City and three sons, Russell, Robert and Marion and his mother Mrs. E. Vande Brake of Sioux Center; one brother Gerrit of Andover, SD. And four sisters Mrs. William Rons of Sioux Center, Mrs. Dick Schaap of Orange City, Mrs. Peter Brunsting of Hull and Mrs. Fred Campagne of Sioux Center.

The wife and children, of whom the youngest is still a baby, have the sincere sympathy of the Community Tnunity in their sorrow. Funeral services were held on Wednesday at the home and Frist reformed church in charge of the pastor Rev. Brunsting
