Mrs. Esther VanDe Stouwe formerly of Sheldon, died Wednesday in the Floyd Valley Hospital in LeMars. Services will be held at the First Reformed chruh of Sheldon on Monday at 10:30 a.m. The Rev. Kennerh Westrate will officiate. Vander Ploeg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Mrs. Vande Stouwe the former Esther Vande Weerd, was born March 26, 1921 at Rock Valley. She married Gerrit J Vande Stouwe July 6, 1938, at Canton, S.D. He died feb 17, 1972.

Survivors include two sons, Roger of Boyden, and Leroy of Rapids City SD., three sisters, Mrs. Bernard Jennie Timmer of Doon; Mrs. Arie Della Boscaljon of Rock Rapids; and Mrs. Grant Mary Alice Peterson of Rexburg Idaho; five brothers, Charles Vande Weerd address unknown; Ray VandeWeerd, Payette ID: Frad Vande Weerd, Orange city; Lockie Burney CA; and Thomas of Rexburg ID.
