Military funeral services for Frank T. O’meara were held Friday morning at 9 oclock in St. Mary’s Catholic church with Father David Mc Goey conducting. Mr. O’Meara was 63 years old and died early Tuesday morning at the Le Mars hospital having been taken there on Monday afternoon after he suffered a heart attack.
Mr. O'Meara was born 63 years ago at Alvord to Mr. and Mrs. Thomas O'Meara. The family moved to Le Mars in 1917 and moved back to Rock Valley in 1918. He lived here since that time except the time he served in World war I in the army. He was preceded in death by his father in 1922 and his mother in 1924. Mr. and Mrs. Wm. O'Meara, cousins, arrived from Chicago to attend the funeral services
