Bart Domnisse died at LeMars Monday morning after a month's trouble with inflamatory rheumatism. The remains were broght here Tuesday and Wednesday morning at Ten O'clock the funeral services took place. Intermant took place at St. Joseph's catholic cemetery. The diseased was a universally well like young man. He was twenty-eigh years of age and unmarried. His mother, nine sistera and six brothers survive him. His father died about twelve years ago.
(According to a family history on ancestry.com he was a member of a large family. Father was John Nicholas Domnisse born 24 Jun 1833 Turpange, Luxembourg, Belguim, he died 2 Aug 1892 at Granville IA. Wife was Frances D. Delevan born 1843-1902, Children were Frank 1860, Nicholas 1861, Barbara 1862, Susan, Mary 1867, Bartholmew 1869, Josephine 1871, Francis 1872, Elizabeth 1874, John 1876, Bernadina 1881, Henry 1881, Katherine 1883, Magdelena 1884, Leo 1887 and Joseph 1890.)
