Former Resident Dies in Oklahoma
Arthur Leivestad, 48, of Oklahoma City, Okla., died Tuesday, October 2, following- a lingering illness. Mr. Leivestad, who was a brother of Mrs. W. S. Gregg of Hawarden, lived here when a child.

For a number of years he had resided in Oklahoma City. Funeral services were held in Oklahoma City last Friday. Mr. and Mrs. Gregg, accompanied by Mr. and Mrs. Olof Leivestad of In wood, attended the services.

Survivors include the widow and seven brothers and sisters, Mrs. Gregg- of Hawarden, Mrs. C. L. Near of Mitchell, S. D., Mrs. Scott Jones and Mrs. Hannah Gardner of Tacoma, Wash., Christian Leivestad of Seattle, Wash.,, Henry of Minneapolis and Olof of Inwood.
