Mrs. Alma A. Lillie, 84, of Banning, Calif., died Saturday, December 13 after a short illness.

Mrs. Lillie lived in Hawarden from 1916 to 1929. She operated the rooming house which is now owned by Floyd Streng.

She was born in Swartswood, N.J., April 19, 1863. She is survived by one son, Marcus Lillie, of Des Moines; three daughters, Alma, Maud and Irma, 26 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren.

Burial was in Memorial Park cemetery at Lynda Lane.
