A little child of Mr. and Mrs. Jos. Block died last Tuesday and was buried in the Catholic cemtery here. We extend our sincere sympathy to the bereaved parents.
(From the 1900 census of Floyd Tsp. Sioux County Iowa Joseph Block b. Apr 1857 Luxembourg Wife Maria 37 years, children John 13, Mary 11, Annie 9, Jospehine 9, Hattie 6, Joseph 4, Fritz 3 and Peter 1. Peter may have been the child that died ? The family ended up in Texas where Joseph died.)
