Gerrit DeLeeuw, 36, Sioux Center, died Wednesday in an automobile accident south of Maurice.

Services were held at 1:30 p.m., Friday in Bethel Christian Reformed Church at Sioux Center. The Rev. Duane Tinklenberg officiated. Burial was in Memory Gardens Cemetery under direction of the Memorial Funeral Home.

Mr. DeLeeuw was born Dec. 26, 1943 at Hull. He attended school in the Boyden-Hull School District.

He married Elaine Bonestroo, Jan. 8, 1965 at Hull. They lived at Hull until 1969 when they moved to Sioux Center. He was employed by American Milk Producers, Inc.

Survivors include the widow; two daughters, Lannai Beth and Anita Joy, and a son Garrit James, all at home; his mother, Mrs. Lillian DeLeeuw of Hull; two brothers, Paul of Hull and Robert of Pensacola, Fla; and two sisters, Mrs. Darrell (Rebecca) Duncanson of Sheldon and Mrs. Wally (Ruth) VanDerScaff of Sioux Center.
