Rolena Veltkamp, 79, of Rock Valley died Wednesday in a hospital in Rock Valley.

Services were held at 1:30 P.M., Friday in the First Christian Reformed Church. The Rev. Roger Bultman officiated. Burial was in Valley View Cemetery.

Mrs. Veltkamp, the former Rolena Moorlag, was born Aug. 26, 1905, in Rock Valley and attended Rock Valley Christian Grade School. She married Albert Veltkamp, Feb. 11, 1926, in Rock Valley. They lived their married life in Rock Valley where he was a mason. He died Sept. 6, 1981.

Mrs. Veltkamp was a member of First Christian Reformed Church.

Survivors include one son, Dick of Rock Valley; three daughters, Mrs. Peter (Grace) Jacobsma of Visalia, CA; Mrs. Gerald (Henrietta) Haak of Hills, MN, and Mrs. Gary (Jean) Vande Kamp of Rock Valley; 15 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
