Died: December 31, 2011, Sheldon, Iowa
Jeff Hall, age 55, of Pequot Lakes, Minnesota, formerly of Sheldon, Iowa, passed away on Saturday,, at the Sanford Hospital in Sheldon.
Funeral Services will be Wednesday, January 4, 2012, at 11:00 A.M. at the United Methodist Church in Sheldon, Iowa, Rev. Marvin Lindley officiating.

Burial in the Greenwood Cemetery in Matlock, Iowa.

Jeffery Lloyd Hall was born on March 2, 1956 in Sheldon, Iowa. He was the son of Keith and Audrey (McCarthy) Hall. He lived his youth in Sheldon where he attended school.
He was united in marriage to Mary Van Kekerix of Sheldon, Iowa on June 2, 1975 in Canton, South Dakota. They moved to Denver, Colorado where Jeff was employed by Four Wheel Camper, for 8 years, as an aluminum welder. They moved to Brainerd, Minnesota where they lived for 25 years. Jeff owned and operated Northern Lite Welding Company for 10 years and was a parts fabricator for many different companies. In 2000, Jeff and Mary purchased a Hobby Farm. They had 6 horses and enjoyed traveling across Minnesota, riding the trails. They sold the farm in 2011 and moved to Pequot Lakes, Minnesota. Jeff and Mary also enjoyed traveling across the United States visiting family and friends. Jeff enjoyed the lakes and watching the wildlife. He loved music and knew the words to every song. His Sheltie dog, Casey, was his best friend.
He passed away on Saturday, December 31, 2011 at Sanford Hospital in Sheldon.
Those left to cherish his memories are his wife of 36 years: Mary Hall of Pequot Lakes, MN; one son: Jason Hall and Cheryl Brewster of Brainerd, MN and their children: Shelby and Ryan Hall of Sartell, MN, Carter and Faith Brewster of Brainerd, MN; one daughter: Tarah and husband Jason Dworshak of McKinney, TX and their son Samuel Dworshak; his parents-in-law: Elmer and Helen Van Kekerix of Sheldon, IA; 3 brothers: Alan and Wanda Hall of Helena, MT, Dan Hall of Sheldon, IA, Frank and Diane Schnider of Sheldon, IA; 2 sisters: Julie Penning of Sheldon, IA, Louise and Don Wallinga of Primghar, IA; 2 step-sisters: Linda and Don Beltman of Sheldon, IA, Donna and Stan Snyder of Texas.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister: Jaqueline Hall; one sister-in-law: Jan Hall; one brother-in-law: Merlin Penning.
