From the Alton Democrat of Oct 15, 1898 Granville News.
The little daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. Neuroth aged five years died last Monday burial occurred Wednesday.

(This has to be the child Rose, mentioned in the St. Joseph Church book of Granville. born in 1893 died in 1898. Daughter of Anton Neuroth and Julia Kuhl. They had five children Rose 1893 - 1898, Bertha 1895-1976, Frances 1897-1898, Emma 1898 - 1986, and Joseph 1900.)
