Nov. 30, 1941--July 9, 2002

HULL--Arlo Bruce Van Veldhuizen, 60, rural Hull, died Tuesday, July 9, at his residence.
Services were Wednesday, July 17, at Oolman Funeral Home in Hull, with the Rev. Verlyn Boone officiating. Burial was at Hope Cemetery in Hull.

Arlo Van Veldhuizen, son of Wilmer B. and Wilhelmina (Van Dyk) Veldhuizen, was born Nov. 30, 1941, in Hull. He graduated from Hull High School. He lived his entire life at Hull, where he was a farmer. He was a baptized member of First Reformed Church in Hull.

Survivors include a sister, Sandra and Galen Bomgaars of Denver, CO; a brother, Edwin Van Veldhuizen of Sioux Center; and four nephews, Greg and Scott Bomgaars and Brett and Grant Van Veldhuizen.
Memorials will be directed to diabetes research.
