Former Resident
Funeral services for Mrs. Rachel Anna Mitchell who died December 13,were held at Rapid City with Rev. I. B. Wood in charge,
Mrs. Mitchell formerly lived in Hawarden.
She moved to Rapid City a number of years ago. She was born at Pipestone, Minn., September 22,
1876. Her husband died in 1911. She
is survived ,by three sons, Albert Baugus
of Hawarden, Jocelyn Baugus
of Spearfish, S. D., and Theodore
Baugus of Rapid City; eight grandchildren
and five great grandchildren.

Further found that in the 1910 census of Elk Point SD Union county the family was - Thomas Baugus 64, wife Rachel A. Baugus 33, Mary 12, Joseline 10, Theodore 8, Charles 6, Albert 5, Leroy 2.)
