Funeral services for William C. Meyer.87, former Ireton resident were conducted at Beresford Monday with burial at Pleasant Hill cemetery in Ireton.

Mr. Meyer was born March 20, 1873, at Luzerne, Iowa. He married Eva Heideman on October 10, 1902. He resided at Ireton, Jasper, Minn., Breckenridge, Minn., Steel, ND and Colton,SD. before moving to the Beresford community in 1922.

Survivors include three sons, Martin of Beresford, Howard of Trent, SD. and Dr. W.I. of Sanator, SD; a daughter Mrs. Leo Jost of San Jose of Calif. five grandchildren and five great grandchildren
