Funeral Services for Art Warner,80, lifelong resident of the Hudson vicinity and an extensive land owner, were held at 2 o'clock Wednesday afternoon at the Benz Funeral home in Sioux Falls. Mr. Warner was Mr. Benz's uncle. Burial was at the family plot at the Hudson cemetery.

Mr. Warner died Saturday morning at the Sioux Valley hospital in Sioux Falls which he entered on January 13, having been a patient in the Hawarden hospital a couple months.

He was born July 4, 1882 at Hudson, a son of Pioneers of that vicinity. He was the last remaining member of the Warner family. He never married.

Survivors include a niece, Mrs. Evelyn McElwain of Long Beach who was with him since the early part of December, another niece, Mrs. Hazel Broderson of Chicago' a nephew Victor "Bud" Yackey also of Chicago, and Mr Benz.
