John Bryson

John Bryson passed away at his home on the north side at 7:30 last evening. He was seriously injured several weeks ago while operating a gasoline traction engine and his death was the result of the injuries he sustained at that time. He was 32 years, 6 months and 10 days old at the time of his death. He was born in Benton county, Iowa, and came with his parents to the vicinity of Akron about twenty years ago. Eleven years ago they moved to this city and have since made their home here. On Oct. 20, 1906, he was united in marriage with Mrs. Gertie Wood who survives him. Besides his sorrowing wife he leaves a father and mother, two sisters and three brothers to mourn his death. He also had a twin sister who died during her infancy. Funeral services will be held at the Methodist church at two o’clock Friday afternoon. The W. 0. W. lodge, of which order he was a member, will have charge of the services at the grave.
