W. VerHoef, residing 5 miles west of town, died last Saturday. The funeral was preached Monday by Rv. Kolyn, in the Reformed church.

Holland, wife Tryntje was 41 b. in Holland, children were Herman 20, Johannes 14, Gertje 10, Martha 9, Adrian 6, Cornelius 1. All born in IA. Walter Verhoef and Tryntje Klein were married Jun 4, 1859 in Marion Co. IA. He was born 23 Sep 1838 in Holland died 21 De 1893 Orange City/Maurice IA , his parents were Harmen VerHoef 1805-1860 and Maaike Klein 1823. )
