John Vrieze, residing 3 miles south west of town, dropped dead of heart disease last Sunday afternoon. He had been suffering from the grip, but was up and around. No one was in the room when he died, but his corpse, yet warm was found on the floor of the sitting room. Mr. Vireze came from Greenleafton, MN, where his parents still reside, some fifteen years ago. He married a daughter of John Rexwinkle, who with seven small children are left to mourn his suden death, together with a large circle of friends and relaitves. Mr. Vireze was 35 years of age. The funeral occurred Thurdsay from the Reformed church in this city, Rev. Lepeltak officiating.
