From the Alton Democrat of Feb 18, 1893 Ireton inklings.
Miss Wheeler died Wednesday of last week, from the effects of a severe cold. Her death was unexpected, as she was in good health the week before.
(Julia Wheeler, a housekeeper was found in the Ireton cemetery records, b. Feb 7, 1871 Wisconsin died of pneumonia, 22 Feb 1893 buried Pleasant Hill cemetery. She was the daughter of Alonzo Wheeler and Frances Rich both born in NewYork.
Found the family in the 1880 census of York, Green, WI. Father Alonzo age 60, Fransis age 49, Leroy 22, Edward 20, Lory 18, Cary 16, Isack 15, Mary 13, Julia 11, Betty 7.)
