Funeral services for Mrs. Harry Landeck, 60, of Alcester, who died at the Hawarden hospital July 18, were held Wednesday at the Methodist Church in Beresford. Rev. Preston C. Brown officiating.

Burial was in Rose Hill cemetery at Scotland, S.D.

Pallbearers were Lorne Davis, Dale Davis, Ralph Holman, Virgil Biddle, Verne Mollet and Alvin Henderson.

Margaret M. Davis Landeck was born August 29, 1899 at Cornell, Ill., daughter of the late Girden H. Davis and Ruth Ann Hensley Davis. She moved to Scotland with her parents in 1909.

She graduated from Scotland High School and attended Southern State Teachers college at Springfield, S.D. after which she taught school.

She married Harry B. Landeck December 21, 1927. They lived at Scotland a number of years before moving to Alcester in 1944.

She had been a lifelong member of the Methodist Church and transferred her membership to the Beresford Methodist Church in 1954. She was an active member of the Woman's Society of Christian Service as long as her health permitted.

Survivors include the widower and the following brothers and sisters: Clifford A. and William L. Davis of Scotland, S.D.; Ralph H. Davis of San Mateo, Calif.; Edna Homan of San Diego, Calif.; Nora E. Musser of Mifflinburg, PA.; Frances Mann of Beiber, Calif., and Arvilda Munger of Kadoka, S.D.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother.
