From the Alton democrat of May 14, 1892 News of Sioux Center.
Died: Friday May 6, 1892, Mrs. D. (Dries?) Pap. Mr. Pap has the sympathy of this entire community in his bereavement. Their little child which survives will be taken care of by the deceased's mother, Mrs. Den Herder.
(Found a family of Dries Pap in 1900 but couldn't be sure it was the same D. Pap mentioned in this obit)
