Funeral services were held at the Vander Ploeg Funeral Home here at 1:30 P.M., November 8 for Mrs. Arend Vander Bok, 92, of Alameda, Calif., former Rock Valley resident, who died November 5 at an Alameda hospital.

Services were conducted by the Rev. C. Van Schouwen and burial was in the Rock Valley cemetery.

Mrs. Vander Bok, the former Sue De Jong, was born June 29, 1883, in Orange City. She was married May 1, 1907, in Rock Valley. Mr. Vander Bok died in 1945.

Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. William (Frances) Van Stoten of Alameda, Calif., Mrs. Wm. (Theodora) Bartman and Mrs. Grace Vander Bilt, both of Grand Rapids, Mich.; a son, Almer, of Grand Rapids, Mich.; 17 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, a sister, Miss Jennie De Young, of Sioux Center; and three brothers, Herb of Sioux Center, The Rev. Frank Vander Bok of San Jose, Calif., and the Rev. Ben Vander Bok of Grand Rapids, Mich.
