Death Claims Marie Gellerman

Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at the Mauer funeral home for Marie Catherine Gellerman, 41, resident of Preston township, Plymouth county, who died Friday at the state hospital in Cherokee after a prolonged illness. Services were conducted by Rev. L. G. Hanneman, pastor of St.John's Lutheran church of Craig and interment was made in the cemetery at Craig. She is survived by her mother, Mrs. Marie Gellerman, and her brothers, John, of Ireton and Henry and Fred Gellerman of Le Mars. -Le Mars Sentinel.

The Gellerman family lived for some years on Route 2 when that route was established in 1901, occupying the farm now tenanted by Mont Fullerton. Later they moved further east and north. They have many friends in the neighborhood.

Relatives received word of the death of Mary Gellerman at the hospital in Cherokee on Friday where she had been a patient for almost twenty years. She is survived by three brothers and 2 sisters and her mother. Burial was made in the Craig cemetery
