HAWARDEN--Mrs. John G. Schneider,71,Hawarden died Monday at a hosptial in Hawarden.

Mrs. Schneider,the former Norna Miller, was born June 22, 1905, in Nebraska City, Neb.She was married Dec.2, 1925, in Coleridge, Neb.The couple farmed in the Hudson area from 1925 until 1944 when they moved to the Hawarden area. Mr. Schneider died Sept.11, 1963, and Mrs.Schneider moved into Hawarden in 1964.

Survivors include three sons,Donald and Wendell, both of Akron and Jerold of Hawarden; three daughters,Mrs. Earl(Darlene)Oetken of Akron and Mrs.Don (Lois) Van Egdom and Mrs.Arlo (Jeanette) Kircher, both of Hawarden; two sisters, Mrs. Charles (Leona) Meier of Coleridge and Mrs. Floyd (Clara) Sullivan of Wayne Neb.; a brother, Louis of Sioux City; 23 Grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
