BOYDEN--Peter Rol,66,Boyden, died Jan.16 at a Sheldon hospital after a lengthy illness.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Jan.19 in St.Paul Lutheran Church. The Rev.Donald Loots will officiate. Burial will be in St. Paul Cemetery at Sheldon under direction of the Vander Ploeg Funeral Home, Sheldon.

Mr.Rol was born Sept.3, 1910, in Bronson. He married Sylvia Kersten Jan.20, 1937, in Sheldon. They farmed near Boyden. He was a member of the Sheldon hospital board and the Midwest Breeders Co-op Association.

Survivors include his widow; a daughter, Mrs. Terry(Mary Jane)McDonald of Norfolk, Neb.; a son,Larry of Nebraska City, Neb.; Four sisters, Mrs. Leo(Alberta)McGarry of Highland, Calif., Mrs. Lyle (Hazel)Chase of Sibley, Mrs. Katherine North of Sioux Falls, SD., and Mrs. Nellie Van Orsdel of Hasting Ned.; three brothers, Robert of Sioux Falls, Herman of Wakefield, Minn., and Floyd of Hastings, and five grandchildren.
