Angela Jongetjes, four month old daughter of Mr. & Mrs. LeRoy Jongetjes of Hull, died Thursday at an Iowa City hospital following open heart surgery.

Services were at 10:30 A.M., Saturday at the First Christian Reformed Church of Hull with the Rev. John Fondse officiating. Burial was in Hope Cemetery under direction of the Kraai Funeral Home.

The infant was born Oct. 15, 1977, at Rock Valley.

Survivors, in addition to the parents, include two sisters, Leah and LaRae, both at home; her grandmothers, Mrs. Cora Jongetjes of Rock Valley, and Mrs. Hattie Berghorst of Hull; and her great grandfather, Henry Berghorst of Hills, Minn.
