ROCK VALLEY--Hubert Loverink, 76, of Rock Valley, died Wednesday in a Rock Valley hospitial of long illness.

Services were at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in First Christian Reformed Church. The Rev. Paul Bakker officiated. Burial was in the Valley View Cemetery with the Porter Funeral Home in charge.

Mr. Loverink was born Jan. 8, 1901 in the Netherlands. He came to the United State in 1905. He married Ella Boer Feb. 1, 1945, at Rock Valley. They farmed in the Rock Valley area.

Survivors include the widow; a son John of Rock Valley; a daughter, Mrs. Gerald (Lavina) Brands of Inwood; a brother, Evert of Lakewood, Calif.; three sisters, Mrs. Herman Van Veen of Pella, Mrs. Herman Van Galen of Rock Valley and Mrs. Nick DeHamer of Holland, Mich.; and four grandchildren.
