Doon-Mrs. Harvey Bailey, 72, Doon, died Oct. 27 at a Sioux Falls, S.D. hospital after a long illness.

Services were at 1:30 P.M., Oct. 29 in the Congregational Church at Doon. The Rev. David Waterman officiated. Burial was in Hillside Cemetery under the direction of the Porter Funeral Home, Rock Valley.

Mrs. Bailey, the former Elsie Brinkhouse, was born April 22, 1924, at Doon. She was married to Leroy Ricke Aug. 7, 1922. He died Nov. 9, 1955. She was married to Mr. Bailey Nov. 9, 1955 at Madison, S.D.

Survivors include the widower; a daughter, Mrs. Alvin (Elfreda) Griese of Rock Rapids; a brother, Kenneth of Sioux Center; a sister, Mrs. John Stelzmiller of Sioux Falls and two grandchildren.
