Mrs. Anna Schulz Services at Craig
Funeral services for Mrs.. Anna Marie Schulz, 64, who died Sunday March 23, at the Hawarden hospital, will be held at St. John's Lutheran churchˇ in Craig Thursday, Mar 27, at 2 p.m. She had been ill the past four weeks.
Rev, Walter K. Schmidt will officiate and burial will be in the Craig cemetery. The body will be taken to the family home at Craig from Luken's funeral home Wednesday evening.
Mrs. Schulz was born Feb. 1, 1888, at Harvel, Illinois, the daughter of Fred and Mary Eilers. After her marriage to Emil Schulz in Le Mars February 22, 1911, she moved. to a farm three miles south of Ireton. The couple farmed there until 1909 when they moved to Le Mars. In 1921 she moved to Craig and has lived there since.
She was a charter member of the Ladies aid of St. John's Lutheran church at Craig and a member of the Missionary society.
She is survived by one son. Ivan Schulz of Le Mars; one sister, Mrs. Fred Baack of Le Mars;
four brothers, Fred Eilers of Willmar, Minnesota, John H. and Ed Ellers of Le Mars and Gerd Eilers of Hawarden; and two grandchildren
