Jennie De Zeeuw, 70, of Sioux Center passed away Monday, April 10.

Services were held Wednesday morning at the First Reformed church of Sioux Center with the Dr. Thurman Rynbrandt officiating. Burial was in Memory Gardens under the direction of the Vander Ploeg Funeral home.

She was born June 22, 1907, and married to William Vermeer. He passed away on March 16, 1942, and she married Andrew De Zeeuw March 30, 1959.

Survivors include her husband, three sons, Wilber Vermeer of Arlington, Virginia, Donald Vermeer of Groverport, Ohio, and William Vermeer of Marietta, Georgia; seven step-children, four brothers and sisters, nine grandchildren, 22 step-grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and 12 step-great-grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and 12 step-great-grandchildren.
