Burnett Plasier, 61, of Sioux Center, died at the Veterans Hospital in Sioux Falls, Friday.

Services were at 1:30 p.m. Monday in the Memorial Funeral Home, Sioux Center, with the Rev. David TerBeest officiating. Burial was in the Hope Cemetery at Hull.

Mr. Plasier was born January 23, 1917, at Edgerton, Minnesota. He attended school at Hull. He married Angeline VanderZwaag October 24, 1941, near Middleburg. Mrs. Plasier died March 19, 1977.

Survivors include a son, Conrad of Sioux Falls; two daughters, Mrs. Glen (Beverly) Devries of Hartley, and Mrs. Keith (Francine) Grover of Spencer; a brother, Jake of Sioux Falls; two sisters, Mrs. Margaret Ruish of Corona, California; and Mrs. Frances Bonestroo of Hull; and five grandchildren.
