JEFF E. MILES IS DEAD
Former Harlan Man Succumbs After Year’s Illness.

Jeff E. Miles, 67, formerly of Harlan, died of infirmities of age at a local hospital Saturday morning after an illness of one year.

He was born in Virginia and had lived here for three months. He is survived by two sons, Morgan L. Miles and William O. Miles of this city, and one daughter, Mrs. Bessie White of St. Joseph, Mo.

The body was removed to Cutler’s funeral home.
