Hobbies/Interests: Was an active 4H member during her school years; in later years, she loved attending school activities for her grandchildren and was a steady supporter of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, always inquiring about and following their schooling, events, and activities with thoughtful interest; she planted a sizable garden for many years and canned produce for her family; enjoyed cooking and baking; enjoyed watching birds, especially cardinals and gold finches, and listening to their songs; enjoyed playing BINGO; maintained a daily diary for many years, creating amazing scrapbooks for her grandchildren, and documenting family genealogy; enjoyed watching TV, especially the Big Joe Polka Show, Daniel O'Donnell, Lawrence Welk, and an occasional Cardinals game.
