Employment: After completing one year of college, Rosie worked for 2 insurance companies in Des Moines, IA. Later, with her husband, they operated Skip’s Hi-Way Café for 30 years, where Rosie was also a waitress and bookkeeper.

Hobbies/Interests: Rosie was a gifted singer and performed in the All-State choir, as well as singing at weddings and proms
