Employment: After graduating from high school, Jeff was employed by Jiffy Lube and then Grease Monkey, both in Council Bluffs, IA, for many years. Four years after his marriage to Andrea, they moved their family to Harlan, IA, where Jeff worked at O'Reilly Auto Parts for 15 years; Jeff worked his way up to Assistant Manager there. He loved working with the public and helping anyone that he could. In 2019, he decided to change his employment to Car Quest in Harlan, IA. He worked there until he physically was unable to work anymore because of his cancer diagnosis (diagnosed with Stage 4 esophageal cancer in Sep. 2022).

Hobbies/Interests: Was a Kansas City Chiefs fan; mostly, he loved spending time with his family and having game nights.
