Hobbies/Interests: Actively volunteered in the community: was chairman of the Blood Mobile for 30 years, co-chairman of Business & Professional Women of Avoca, a Lutheran Youth Organization sponsor, a Girl Scout leader, member of Nibble Knots, member of the Knox Project Club, actively involved with the Lutheran Church rummage sale, served at the Lutheran Church hamburger stand at the Pott County Fair, and was a member of the Lutheran Church choir and the Neola choir; mostly, she loved spending time with her family
