He worked at Avoca (IA) Implement as a mechanic and restored tractors for Jerry Mez, which he later helped at the Farmall Museum. He began his own business, Metal Ink, repairing and fabricating motorcycles, but farmers found Mike and once again he was also working on Ag equipment.
Hobbies/Interests: Played guitar and had an amazing singing voice; enjoyed working with metal and could create or fix most anything.
