Later, Elaine gave up the cafe and worked at the Rocket Bar until she began a business of No Sweat Fitness Centers and Low Cal Cookie Company with her brothers. Their business venture grew to 4 different locations over time until she finally retired.

Hobbies/Interests: Vacationing with friends and family; time spent with their children and grandchildren.
